Example: "My google-fu is strong this morning." (twid in IRC chat, 2003)
The earliest reference I can find is a USENET post from February 2002 here. I suspect earlier examples probably exist on the web, but going through tons of google results pages trying to figure out posting dates is hard. 8-)
If you google for "google-fu" you'll find the word is surprisingly common.
